Submission of Contributions
SEAFIC may provide facilities on the Site to permit you to submit contributions, including but not limited to text, graphics, video, and/or audio content (“Submissions”). You are solely responsible for your own Submissions.

(a) You will not include any content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, obscene, dangerous, or false.
(b) You hereby grant to SEAFIC a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and exercise all copyright and publicity rights in your Submissions in any media.
(c) You will not assume a false identity or use the Site for unlawful activities including spamming or harassing other users.
SEAFIC shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any material that it finds to be in violation of these terms or otherwise objectionable without having to assign any reason.
Personal Data
Your personal data will be collected, used, disclosed, and/or processed by SEAFIC for the following purposes:
(a) To provide services and fulfill orders to you or designated parties.

Indemnities
You agree to defend and hold SEAFIC, its affiliates, and related corporations harmless from and against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site or any breach of these terms.
Severability
If any of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such term shall be struck out and the remaining terms shall be enforced.
Notice
You hereby agree and acknowledge that all electronic communications made pursuant to the use of this Site shall be given legal effect and validity, comparable to a signed written document.
Governing Laws
These terms shall be governed by the law of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of the use of the Site shall be referred to Malaysian courts.
