Every quarter we go through company announcements, Bursa Malaysia and US SEC filings, government statements and the news, and a researcher checks each change before it goes in. A project with several phases gets one entry per phase. We record MW exactly as the source reports it, whether that is IT load or grid connection. AI-ready sites run at 30 kW per rack or more, or say they are built for GPUs or liquid cooling. Traditional sites run below 20 kW per rack. Amazon, Microsoft and Google publish no MW for their Malaysian sites, so the totals leave out their capacity.
A campus goes on the map only when an operator page, official filing, government release or open database such as PeeringDB gives its location and satellite imagery shows a building or construction site there. Site data © SEAFIC, CC BY 4.0. If you reuse it, keep the Ringmast4r credit as well. The grid and cable layers have their own licences, shown at the bottom of the map when you turn them on.
The map has not loaded. This usually happens when a phone or tablet opens the file in a preview (Gmail, Google Drive, WhatsApp or the Files app), which shows the page but does not run the map.
Open the file in Chrome or Safari instead: tap the share or ⋮ menu and choose Open in browser, or download it first. The map also needs an internet connection.
